Canoe & Kayak, COURSES & TUITION on the River Wye.
If you fancy learning the art of canoeing or kayaking properly, the River Wye is a great place, it has gentle waters and some easy rapids to practice basic white water skills, you can learn to paddle your canoe better than a North American Indian or beat the Eskimos at kayaking, with a session on the Wye river learning skills and having fun, individually or as a group. Outdoor Activities around the River Wye and Symonds Yat
As well as Canoes and kayaks we also specialize in many other outdoor activities including climbing, caving, raft-building, canoe team-building, problem solving, canoe camps/bivi’s, high rope courses and mountain biking. We provide activities for individuals, couples, families, groups, schools and businesses. For a multi-activity outdoor pursuits break please contact us and we can arrange a customized package to your needs.
Make up your own group (max. of ten) per qualified Instructor and try problem solving, bridge building, team challenge events, raftbuilding, rockclimbing, abseiling or caving high above the river. We are a licensed centre for under eighteens in the above activities. Ideal for schools, youth groups, birthday celebrations, adult or family groups. Let us quote you on your particular activity.
QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS / RIVER GUIDES
Monmouth canoe BCU Instructors are fully qualified and we are licensed under the Adventure Activiites Licensing Authority (AALA) No. R0795 to take all youth groups under 18.
