BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Very Large Groups have to go guided including Stag Groups.   Please ring the Centre to advise on your particular group

Group Organisers please call to pay a deposit and reserve your places.

Activity and tipi bookings require a deposit  balance payable on the day or before

U 18's must be with adult parents/guardians.

Alcohol/illegal drugs are not allowed on our premises, transport or carried in hired boats. 

Drinking before or during activities is not allowed, anyone can be turned away at our discretion.

We reserve the right to turn people away.

Single Kayakers must have had training/experience to a minimum of BCU 1 star. This requirement is not necessary for canoe hirers

Adults supervising U 18's in single kayaks must be a minimum of BCU 2 star and the U18 must be a minimum BCU 1 star.

All participants will be required to sign an acknowledgement of risk on arrival and  notify the Centre of any medical/injury issues that may affect them

whilst participating in canoeing or any of the Centre's activities.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation with 28 days notice will receive a full refund. Less than 7 days notice is non-refundable unless you have upgraded to FLEXI or SUPER FLEXI. 

FLEXI UPGRADES allow you to change the date of your booking with 48 hours minumum notice, payment re-usable for 1 year.

SUPER FLEXI UPGRADES allow you to change the date or have a refund with only 24 hours minimum notice.

Safety and enjoyment guidelines must be adhered to, if we cancel your activity for non-compliance no refund is payable.

Activities cancelled by us due to dangerous weather/conditions we will re-schedule or refund.

Activity and tipi bookings require a 50% deposit, balance payable 7 days before event.

We reserve the right to cancel a course where minimum numbers of participants are not met in which case an alternative date or full refund will be made available.

CARD CHARGES

Debit card transactions are FREE

Credit card transactions are charged at £2.50

Corporate Credit card transactions are charged at £5 or 5%  over £100
